Processing and transit
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Delivery is estimated at 15–35 calendar days after dispatch. Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is $7.95. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $50 or more. Your order summary shows the shipping charge before you submit the order.
Tracking and dispatch
We email shipping and tracking details when available. Orders may ship from a location other than our business address in Dover, Ohio.
Changes, delays and problems
Email us before dispatch to request a cancellation or address change. We cannot change an address after dispatch. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated processing time, we will contact you about the delay and your options. For a lost or damaged parcel, email us with your order number and details.
