Method and timing
For an eligible return, we process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item, or sooner if required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
Problems with an order
If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect or lost, or we cannot dispatch it as promised, email [email protected] with your order number. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by law and our applicable store policy.
